However, we may refuse to remove certain items, including but not limited to hazardous materials, asbestos, paint, chemicals, biological waste, and any item we determine cannot be safely or legally handled, transported, or disposed of.

You represent that you have the legal right and authority to authorize the removal of all items you ask us to take, and that the items are not stolen or subject to any lien or claim that prohibits their removal.

By providing your telephone number to us — whether through our quote forms, by calling us, by texting us, or otherwise — you expressly consent to receive recurring and non-recurring SMS and text message communications from Clutter Busters Junk Removal at the number you provide.
