Reliable Garage Cleanouts in St. Petersburg, Florida
Accepting new clients
A garage cleanout is the bay that has not fit a car. We walk it with you, leave the keep pile, and haul the rest.

The keep pile stays in the bay
Tools, boxes you want, and anything you point at get set aside. Old furniture, a dead refrigerator, toys, and bagged trash go on the truck. That load can leave with the rest of a residential junk removal stop when it fits. The bay is for the car, not a neater stack of the same junk.
If the refrigerator is still plugged in against the wall, unplug it before we arrive. That unit is appliance removal. Brush and limbs stacked beside the garage are yard waste removal, and they can go if they were in the photo. If you want to load the bay yourself, a dump trailer is the other option.
A photo from the garage door is enough to quote it. Seminole, Largo, Lealman, Tampa, and Holiday.
Shelves of boxes that have sat for years are part of the load. If a box is staying, put it with the keep pile before we start, or point at it while we walk. We do not open every box and decide. You do. A dead freezer in the corner goes once it is unplugged and empty enough to tip.
The attic over the bay can be the same visit if it was in the photos. A shed that still has to be torn down is demolition, not a cleanout. The same walk, keep pile first, happens in Pinellas Park, Clearwater, and Brandon.
